首届IoT商用洗黑客松大赛 AQUA全球开放创新

  4月21日~22日,AQUA在东京举办日本首届“IoT商用洗服务”黑客松大赛。37名来自不同行业的专业人士齐聚一堂,共同探讨物联网云平台和APP的升级路径和方法,以期为用户带来更美好的使用体验。

  During April 21 and 22, AQUA held the first AQUA Laundromat IoT Hackathon event in Tokyo, Japan. 37 professionals from different sectors discuss the route and approach of upgrading for the IoT cloud platform and APP together, so as to bring better experience to users.

  AQUA引爆目标:“三是三不是”

  活动伊始,AQUA日本COO 吉田庸树发表了商用洗事业的概况和展望,以及本次黑客松大赛的主题导向。

  At the beginning, Tsuneki Yoshida, COO of AQUA Japan introduced the general development and prospects of the Laundromat business, and the theme of the Hackathon event.

  那么,什么是“黑客松”呢?

  黑客松(Hackathon)是由“编程(hack)”和“马拉松(marathon)”两个词合并而来,指的是让IT工程师(负责编码)、设计师(负责设计用户界面)、商业开发者(负责推介)等拥有不同知识背景的专业人士齐聚一堂,在短时间内针对特定主题,进行项目开发和技术服务的创意竞赛。

  What is “Hackathon”?

  It is the combination of “hack” and “marathon”, which means professional people with different knowledge backgrounds work together, such as the IT engineer (the hackers), the UI designer and the business developer (the promoters), and have a themed creativity contest of program development and technical service.

  对于AQUA未来的引爆目标,吉田庸树总结为“三是三不是”:

  ·AQUA不是要追随趋势,而是要创造趋势;

  ·不是加入新市场,而是创造新市场;

  ·不是要走进社区,而是要成为新社区的HUB。

  Tsuneki Yoshida summarizes the future ignition target of AQUA with 3 “does” and 3 “doesn't”:

  · AQUA doesn't follow the trend, but creates one.

  ·AQUA doesn't enter a new market, but builds a new one.

  ·AQUA doesn't go into the community, but becomes the HUB of a new community.

  此外,吉田就本次大赛的三个核心课题对参赛者加以启发:

  1、基于IoT平台,快速发展差异化;

  2、开拓跨界合作的新事业;

  3、聚焦云商业的海外拓展。

  Besides, Tsuneki Yoshida inspired the contestants with the three core subjects of the event:

  1. Quickly develop differentiation based on the IoT platform;

  2. Explore the new business of cross-sector cooperation;

  3. Focus on the overseas expansion of cloud business.

  吉田演讲结束后,智能社区洗小微主秋马接着详细介绍了商用洗的IoT系统以及之前创意竞赛曾提出的有趣的API提案。

  After the presentation of Tsuneki Yoshida, Mr.Akiba , Owner of the Smart Community Laundry Micro-Enterprise introduced in detail the IoT system of the Laundromat and the interesting API proposals raised in the previous creativity contests.

  据了解,本次活动的37名参赛者都是个人报名,他们有着不同的年龄,不同的背景,来自不同的行业和工作岗位,对IoT商用洗的未来设想也不尽相同。在这样多元的环境中,他们通过交流阐述想法,自行组成了9大团队。为加强团队了解与主题讨论,AQUA特意委派几位创客作为讲解员,与参赛者进行了详细沟通。

  It is known that the 37 contestants to the game all registered individually. They have different ages, background and jobs from various industries, and their future vision of IoT Laundromat differ from each other. In such diversified environment, they divided themselves into 9 teams after communicating with each other. AQUA's several entrepreneurs to introduce the rules in detail in order to enhance understanding within the team and carry out discussions around the subject.

  直到晚上22时,仍有参赛者迟迟不肯离去,约有一半的参赛者针对各自的课题在会场通宵作战。

  Until 10 p.m. there were still contestants unwilling to leave, and about half of them worked overnight.

  “吸引我们在此彻夜奋战的,并非获胜后的奖金,而是借助AQUA这一日本商用洗第一平台,助力商用洗业界革新,完成自我价值的实现。”其中一名参赛者自信满满地表示。

  “We are not working for the final prize, but self-fulfillment during the process of driving transformation of Laundromat on the platform of AQUA.” One of the contestants said with full confidence.

  “Uncles” Winning the Game, the Future Will Be Designed by Users

  第二天,黑客松大赛进入创意设计和评审阶段,经过评审团的重重筛选,“大叔队(おっさんのチーム)”凭借最具竞争力的创意设计最终摘得桂冠。

  On the second day, the hackathon event entered the phase of evaluation. After repeated screening of the jury, the “Uncles” (おっさんのチーム) became the laureate with their competitive design.

  针对很多日本企业均有社交软件LINE官方账号的现状,该团队灵活利用这一在日本最普及的社交软件制定了商业计划,实现跨界合作。

  Let's have a look at their excellent performance:

  Aiming at many Japanese enterprises have an official account on LINE, a social network platform, the team made a business plan on the most popular APP to realize cross-sector cooperation.

  最重要的是,该方案还可以在海外其他地区的社交软件(Facebook、微信等)上复制应用,实现海外事业拓展。

  More importantly, the plan can be copied in other social networks overseas (e.g. Facebook, WeChat) for business expansion.

  活动结束前,COO吉田先生在对本次黑客松大赛做出总结时表示,
