中美创新技术助力绿色智慧医院建筑

　　由美国贸易发展署、中国医院协会医院建筑系统研究分会、中美能源合作项目、美国国家标准化机构联合主办的“中美(上海)绿色智慧医院研讨会”于2018年8月24日在上海市第六人民医院成功举办。此次会议接待了全国各地超过135名中外嘉宾前来参会，同时，活动的顺利举办也得到了美国驻上海总领事馆、上海申康医院发展中心和上海市第六人民医院的积极参与和大力支持。

　　中美能源合作项目一直关注公共建筑领域的用能效率和用能安全，以及智慧建筑的建设和运行。中美能源合作项目于2016年12月2日在北京和2017年5月26日在天津分别组织了针对医院领域的中美合作研讨会。2018年8月24日，在上海举办的中美绿色智慧医院研讨会更聚焦在最新的技术成果在医院节能和智慧医院上的应用。此次论坛，有幸邀请到两家公立医院(上海市第六人民医院、上海市第十人民医院)、五家美国企业(江森自控，赛莱默，中美绿色基金-东方低碳，卡特彼勒、阿特拉斯科普科必康美德)、四家中国企业(上海建工集团、新再灵科技、天跃科技)以及一位特邀医疗后勤专家共同传授课程，并分享了最新的技术产品和解决方案在绿色智慧医院的实践应用。

　　2018年8月25日，20余位专家组成的考察团在上海市第六人民医院陈梅副院长和中美能源合作项目的陪同下考察了上海市第六人民医院的节能节水项目以及有幸参观了即将完工的第六人民科研教学大楼;同时，在美国江森自控公司专家的陪同下，也有幸参观了美国江森自控位于上海市的亚太区总部，此办公大楼是中国大陆唯一一家同时获得绿建三星、LEED铂金认证和EDGE设计认证的智慧绿色楼宇。参观结束也意味着此次中美(上海)绿色智慧医院的圆满落幕，与此同时，我们也在积极筹备2019年的中美医院合作研讨会，在绿色、节能、环保、健康、人文的基础上，我们将更加努力的推动中国医院的发展和建设，期待中美双方在未来可以通过我们的活动产生更多的合作成果。

　　The U.S.-China (Shanghai) Green and Smart Hospitals Workshop co-hosted by U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), China Hospital Association- Hospital Architecture System Research Branch, U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP), and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) was successfully held on August 24th, 2018 in Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital. The conference has received more than 135 participants across the country. Meanwhile, U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, Shanghai Hospital Development Center, and Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospitalprovided assistance to the conference.

　　ECP has attached great importance to energy efficiency and energy security in public buildings, and to the construction and operation of smart buildings. ECP organized U.S.-China Green Hospital Building Workshop in Beijing on December 2nd, 2016, and in Tianjin on May 26th, 2017. The U.S.-China (Shanghai) Green and Smart Hospitals Workshop held on August 24th, 2018 focused on the application of the latest technologies in energy-saving and smart hospitals. We feel honored to have many professional speakers from two public hospitals (Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital), five American companies (JCI, Xylem, U.S-China Green Fund-East Low Carbon, Caterpillar, BeaconMedaes), three Chinese companies (Shanghai Construction Group, Zailing Tech, Shanghai Typhotech), and a special medical logistics expert to share the application of latest technology and solutions on green and smart hospitals. On August 25th, 2018, more than 20 delegates accompanied Ms. Chen Mei, Vice President of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital in the visit of energy conservation and water recycling project in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, and the new Research & Teaching Building of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital. At the same time, the delegates visited the office building of Asia Pacific headquarter of Johnson Controls in Shanghai. The office building of JCI Shanghai is the only green and smart building in mainland China being awarded the three-star Green Building Standards, LEED Platinum Certification, and EDGE Design Certification. This visit coincides with the successful conclusion of the U.S.-China (Shanghai) Green and Smart Hospitals Workshop. At the same time, we are actively preparing for U.S.-China Hospital Cooperation Workshops in 2019. On the basis of green, energy-saving, environmental-friendly, healthy and people-oriented development, ECP will work harder to promote the U.S. and China cooperation and the development of Chinese hospitals.
